[Solution] The present inventors succeeded in mass production of E2 protein, F12 protein which is a partial sequence of E1 protein, F15 protein which is a partial sequence of E1 protein in a cell-free protein synthesis method, particularly a system using wheat germ extract, The present invention was completed by successfully producing an anti-rubella virus antibody detection method and detection kit using the protein.
