abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an interior material which is rich in water repellency and oil repellency, and further excellent in soundproofing and shock absorption. SOLUTION: The interior material (1) comprises a resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric (3) lined with a hot melt film (4) having a thickness of 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm, on one or both sides of a porous substrate (2). In addition, the resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric (3) is laminated by stacking the hot-melt film (4) so as to be on the porous substrate (2) side and pressing the hot-melt film (4) in a heat-softened state. It is produced by adhering to the porous substrate (2) and making the hot melt film (4) a breathable discontinuous film. [Selection] Figure 1 |
