An isotropic conductive adhesive sheet that simplifies the process of bonding a metal reinforcing plate to a circuit board main body, and provides conduction reliability and electromagnetic shielding effect to the circuit board, and the isotropic conductive adhesion. And a circuit board obtained using the sheet. An isotropic conductive adhesive sheet includes a release film and an isotropic conductive adhesive layer formed on the surface of the release film. Reference numeral 5 denotes a circuit board body (only the bonding portion is shown), 6 is an insulating layer, 7 is an electrode made of copper, and 8 is a reinforcing plate. The isotropic conductive adhesive layer 3 is made of a binder containing conductive particles 4. The conductive particles 4 are a metal powder or a low melting point metal powder having an average particle diameter of 5 to 50 μm, and are blended in an amount of 150 to 250 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the binder.
