titleOfInvention | Substance immobilization support and substance immobilization method |
abstract | A substance-immobilized carrier in which a desired substance is immobilized on a carrier by affinity between fluorine compounds is provided. A substance-immobilized carrier in which a desired substance is immobilized on the surface of a carrier, wherein a part or all of the surface of the carrier is made of a fluorine compound, and a fluorine compound tag is bound to the substance. In addition, a substance-immobilized carrier is provided in which the fluorine compound tag is bonded to the carrier surface. The fluorine compound tag may be bonded to the substance via a spacer. When the substance is a protein, a fusion protein of a desired protein and a molecular chaperone may be immobilized. There is also provided a method for immobilizing a substance in which a desired substance is immobilized on a carrier via a fluorine compound tag. As a method for binding a desired substance to the fluorine compound tag, a condensation reaction between a carboxylic acid thioester group and a thiol group having a primary amino group, or a chemical crosslinking reaction can be used.
