[PROBLEMS] To develop a patch preparation for transdermally administering bisoprolol free base into a living body, in a patch preparation using a polyisobutylene-based adhesive as a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and to sufficiently suppress bleeding of bisoprolol free base. To provide a patch preparation having excellent adhesive properties. In a bisoprolol-containing patch preparation 10 of the present invention, an adhesive layer 2 is laminated on one side of a support 1. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 contains a branched monohydric alcohol having 12 to 28 carbon atoms, a free base of bisoprolol, and a polyisobutylene-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. Thereby, the compatibility of the polyisobutylene-based pressure-sensitive adhesive and the free base of bisoprolol can be specifically increased. As a result, it is possible to increase the blending amount of the free base of bisoprolol, to suppress bleeding of the free base of bisoprolol from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and to obtain sufficient adhesive properties in practical use.
