titleOfInvention | Electrolytic solution for driving electrolytic capacitor and electrolytic capacitor using the same |
abstract | Disclosed are an electrolytic solution for driving an electrolytic capacitor and an electrolytic capacitor that can ensure high reliability even when the specific resistance is reduced by mixing water. An electrolyte is prepared by blending a carboxylate such as ammonium formate or ammonium adipate, a phosphoric acid compound, and ethylenediaminedioxyphenylacetic acid in a solvent containing water. The blending amount of ethylenediaminedioxyphenylacetic acid is preferably 0.1 to 3.0 wt% with respect to the entire electrolyte. Moreover, 20.0-80.0 wt% of water is preferable with respect to the whole solution. [Selection figure] None |
