abstract | A surface plasma resonance measuring instrument is provided. The present invention relates to a kind of surface plasma resonance measuring instrument, and is convenient to carry, simple to operate, and easily replaces an optical fiber biosensor. It is mainly composed of a light source; an optical fiber biological sensor unit having a recessed groove, a covering layer and a core layer; an optical sensor; a plurality of optical fibers and an arithmetic display unit connected to the optical sensor. Among them, the optical sensor detects a signal passing through the optical fiber biological sensor unit and transmits it to the calculation display unit. After calculating with the calculation display unit, the result is displayed on the display device. Since the detection sensitivity of the surface plasma resonance measuring instrument of the present invention is extremely high, the kind of trace biological molecules can be identified.
