abstract |
Disclosed is a sustained-release hydrogel preparation capable of controlling the elution of galectin-1 or galectin-1 derivatives in a living body of a mammal. A sustained-release hydrogel preparation comprising a cationic gelatin hydrogel and galectin-1 or a galectin-1 derivative is provided. In this cationized gelatin hydrogel, the substitution rate of the carboxyl group of the gelatin hydrogel to the amino group may be 10% or more and 60% or less. The cationized gelatin hydrogel may have a water content of 80% or more and 99.8% or less. [Selection] Figure 4 |
