titleOfInvention | Method for selective measurement of glycated hemoglobin |
abstract | The present invention provides a method capable of easily and easily measuring the glycation rate of hemoglobin in a sample. A glycated hemoglobin in a whole blood sample is selectively degraded with a protease, a glycated portion of the glycated hemoglobin degradation product is reacted with a glycated amino acid oxidoreductase, and the redox reaction of the glycated hemoglobin is measured. Saccharification rate can be determined. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, in the whole blood sample, since the measured value of glycated hemoglobin by this method and the HbA1c concentration are correlated, the glycated portion of the α-amino group, which is a characteristic structure of HbA1c, is measured. Without doing so, the amount of HbA1c can be easily and accurately determined from the measured value of glycated hemoglobin. [Selection] Figure 1 |
