titleOfInvention | Splicing analysis vector |
abstract | A versatile splicing analysis vector capable of easily detecting splicing abnormality of a specific gene fragment using a sample containing a gene (genomic DNA) and a splicing analysis method using the vector. A splicing analysis vector in which at least two normally functioning exon sequences and a sequence containing a multicloning site are arranged between the at least two exon sequences. The gene fragment that is the object of analysis is incorporated into the multi-cloning site of the two exon sequences on the vector, introduced into the cell, the gene is transcribed, and a mature mRNA is generated. It can be confirmed whether or not the derived substance is contained. [Selection] Figure 1 |
