titleOfInvention Film-forming slurry composition, fluorescent lamp produced using the same, and method for producing the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a film-forming slurry composition for forming a protective film in a region corresponding to an external electrode of a fluorescent lamp. Another object of the present invention is not only to prevent deterioration of the glass substrate or the fluorescent layer due to ions and electrons accelerated by a high voltage when the protective film is formed and exposed to the discharge space, but also to consume mercury gas. An object of the present invention is to provide a fluorescent lamp and a method of manufacturing the same, in which the increase in the amount is suppressed and the life and brightness of the fluorescent lamp are greatly improved. The present invention relates to a slurry composition for film formation of a fluorescent lamp, a fluorescent lamp manufactured using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, a metal oxide capable of wet coating, a binder A fluorescent lamp film-forming slurry composition comprising an agent, a binder, and a solvent is manufactured, and the film-forming slurry composition is wet-coated in a region corresponding to the external electrode of the fluorescent lamp and then fired to form a protective film. The present invention also relates to a fluorescent lamp and a method for manufacturing the same. [Selection] Figure 1
