titleOfInvention | Two-component developer |
abstract | Provided is a two-component developer capable of maintaining toner fluidity and chargeability appropriately without causing photoconductor filming, controlling the toner density to a predetermined value, and preventing a decrease in image density. . A two-component developer comprising a toner and a carrier, wherein the toner comprises toner particles containing a binder resin and a colorant, and a polytetrahedral polymer having an average particle size of 100 to 1000 nm. A toner obtained by externally adding fluoroethylene and silica having an average particle size of 5 to 300 nm, and the external addition amount of silica is 3 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the toner base particles. A two-component product in which silica A having an average particle size of 20 to 300 nm composed of at least one silica is externally added to toner base particles simultaneously with polytetrafluoroethylene at least 2.5 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of toner base particles.
