titleOfInvention | Treatment agent for biodegradable synthetic fiber filament and method for treating biodegradable synthetic fiber filament |
abstract | For biodegradable synthetic fiber filaments that can sufficiently prevent the occurrence of fluff, yarn breakage, and falling off in response to the recent increase in spinning speed and processing speed of biodegradable synthetic fiber filaments A treatment agent and a method for treating a biodegradable synthetic fiber filament are provided. SOLUTION: A treating agent for biodegradable synthetic fiber filaments produced from a lactic acid polymer contains 63 to 86% by weight of a smoothing agent, 9 to 18% by weight of an emulsifier and 5 to 19% by weight of a function-imparting agent. In addition, those containing 100% by mass in total and having a fiber-to-fiber static friction coefficient within a range of 0.30 to 0.50 under a certain condition were used.
