To provide a DNA sequence (oligomer array) for detection and localization of methylated cytosine on genomic DNA. An array having the following PNA (peptide nucleic acid)-and / or DNA-oligomer sequences on a solid surface. Each sequence includes an oligomer composed of 6 to 20 bases, each including at least a sequence of general formula DDCGDD, general formula DDTGDD, general formula HHCGHH, or general formula HHCAHH.
