titleOfInvention | Solid electrolytic capacitor and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor in which defects during manufacturing of a solid electrolytic capacitor are repaired and defective products are removed to reduce a leakage current failure of a surface mounted solid electrolytic capacitor. A metal having a valve action is used as an anode body, a dielectric film is formed on at least a part of the surface by chemical conversion treatment, and a conductive polymer layer and a conductive paste layer are sequentially formed as a cathode body. A method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor including a step of resin-sealing the obtained capacitor element, wherein the capacitor element is heated at 180 ° C. or higher before resin sealing, and the solid electrolytic capacitor .
