titleOfInvention | Liquid crystal cell substrate and liquid crystal display device |
abstract | To provide a simple manufacturing method of a liquid crystal cell substrate and a light leakage prevention structure using an in-cell type anisotropic film patterning technique that contributes to improving the color viewing angle characteristics of a liquid crystal display device. A support, a color filter layer composed of two or more colored layers arranged in a predetermined pattern on the support, a light-shielding partition that separates adjacent colored layers, and a pattern corresponding to the pattern. A patterned optically anisotropic layer composed of an optically anisotropic layer pattern disposed on the colored layer. On the light shielding partition, a part of each colored layer and a part of each optical anisotropic layer pattern are overlapped, and the end face of each optical anisotropic layer pattern is located inside the end face of each colored layer, A liquid crystal cell substrate in which each colored layer and each optically anisotropic layer pattern are laminated stepwise.
