abstract |
An exogenous inhibitor that has been found and searched for an exogenous inhibitor that can be used as an antagonist for vascular endothelial growth factor receptor type 2 (KDR) and that is also excellent in water solubility. Is used as a competitive inhibitor against KDR that effectively inhibits the cell proliferation-inducing action of vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF 165 through binding to KDR. Lys 49 -phospholipase A 2 from snake venom, or Ser 49 -phospholipase A 2 , in particular Lys 49 -phospholipase A 2 from the snake venom of Agkistrodon piscivorus piscivorus), inhibits binding of VEGF 165 to KDR Used as a competitive inhibitor.
