abstract | An information display panel that can simplify the manufacturing process and does not cost even when performing color display using a color filter is provided. A cell (corresponding to one display unit) formed by a partition wall between two substrates 1 and 2 transparent at least one is composed of at least one kind of particles, and has optical reflectivity and charging. In an information display panel for displaying information such as images by enclosing at least one type of display medium 3 having a property and applying an electric field to the display medium, the display medium 3 is provided on a transparent substrate on the display side. A color filter 27 configured by arranging filters of a predetermined number of colors is provided for color display, and a black layer 31 is provided between the partition wall 4 and the transparent substrate 2 on the display side.
