titleOfInvention Transparent film, optical member, and method for producing transparent film
abstract The present invention provides a transparent film that is less dependent on wavelength and that can suppress reflection of light having a wide range of wavelengths and that is easy to manufacture, an optical member that includes the transparent film, and a method for manufacturing the transparent film. Using a target made of pure aluminum, a nitrogen-containing aluminum film (Al-N film) in which a part of aluminum is nitrided is formed on a substrate 2 by sputtering. The Al—N film is opaque black. Next, the substrate 2 and the Al—N film are boiled in water. As a result, the Al—N film becomes transparent and becomes the transparent film 3. In the transparent film 3, a base portion 4 that is a continuous film and a moth-eye structure portion 5 formed on the base portion 4 are provided. In the moth-eye structure 5, a plurality of rounded conical protrusions 6 are erected upward, and an air layer is formed between the protrusions 6. [Selection] Figure 1
