abstract |
A highly stable thioctic acid composition and a method for producing the same are provided. A thioctic acid composition is prepared by mixing (A) thioctic acid and (B) a lipid component having a fatty acid unit having 4 to 14 carbon atoms. The lipid component (B) may contain a fatty acid unit having 4 to 14 carbon atoms in a proportion of 20% by weight or more in the total fatty acid unit. The lipid component (B) may be fatty acids, fats and oils, emulsifiers and the like. This composition may further contain a hydrophilic emulsifier having a fatty acid unit having 15 or more carbon atoms in order to enhance the dispersibility in water. [Selection figure] None |
