titleOfInvention | Spray construction equipment, spray construction method, and irregular refractories |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray construction apparatus capable of preventing rebound loss and generation of dust while suppressing a supply amount of construction water to a small amount. A powder material supply device 7 supplies an amorphous refractory 10 and a transfer gas into a transfer hose 1. The amorphous refractory 10 is air-flowed through the transfer hose 1 toward the spray nozzle 3. A construction water supply device 6 provided in the middle of the transport hose 1 sprays construction water into the transport hose 1. The conveyance hose 1 from the powder material supply device 7 to the construction water supply device 6 is made of a material that can frictionally charge the amorphous refractory 10 plus, while the construction water supply device 6 has a static construction water. A charging electrode that is negatively charged by an electric phenomenon was provided. [Selection] Figure 1 |
