titleOfInvention | Electrolytic capacitor and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | To provide an aluminum electrolytic capacitor 1 which is inexpensive and excellent in impedance characteristics in a high frequency region, and a method for manufacturing the same. In an electrolytic capacitor 1 in which a capacitor element 2 in which an anode foil 3 and a cathode foil 5 are wound through a separator 4 is impregnated with a driving electrolyte, the separator 4 carbonizes paper, woven fabric, or nonwoven fabric. The driving electrolyte is a gel electrolyte. For this reason, the resistance resulting from the separator 4 is low. Further, since the gel electrolyte is used, the element shape can be maintained, and a short circuit due to an element winding deviation or the like can be prevented. [Selection] Figure 1 |
