SOLUTION: (A) Carboxy-modified epoxy (meth) acrylate resin and (B) 6-H-dibenzo [c, e] [1,2] oxaphosphorine-6 which is a thermosetting phosphorus atom-containing epoxy monomer -[2,5-bis (oxiranylmethoxy) phenyl] -6-oxide, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, (D) a diluent, (E) a curing agent, and (F) aluminum hydroxide The component (B) is contained so that the phosphorus content in the resin composition comprising the components (A) to (E) is 1 to 2.5% by mass, and the component (F) ) Component is contained in an amount of 65 to 80 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin composition composed of the components (A) to (E).
