Concentration sensor |
abstract |
There has been no practical means for measuring superoxide ion-degrading enzyme (SOD). The present invention provides a sensor capable of measuring the SOD concentration without being affected by other components even if other components coexist. A concentration measurement electrode comprising a gold underlayer whose surface is modified with a hydrocarbon compound containing a thiol group into a thin film is immersed in a solution containing SOD together with a counter electrode and a reference electrode. A concentration measurement sensor 21 that measures the current due to the oxidation-reduction reaction of copper ions in SOD to measure the SOD concentration. [Selection] Figure 6 |
