titleOfInvention | (Meth) acrylic crosslinked fine particles and production method thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides (meth) acrylic crosslinked fine particles that can be suitably used as various additives such as anti-blocking agents for food packaging materials, and a method for producing the same. For example, the present invention provides a method for producing (meth) acrylic crosslinked fine particles which can be suitably used as various additives such as an anti-blocking agent for food packaging materials and is excellent in heat resistance. Polymerization obtained after suspension polymerization of a monomer composition containing a (meth) acrylic monomer such as methyl methacrylate using an organic peroxide (polymerization initiator) such as lauroyl peroxide. The product is aged at a temperature in the range of 80 to 95 ° C. for 1.5 hours or longer. Thereby, the amount of the remaining (meth) acrylic monomer is 2000 ppm or less, the thermal decomposition start temperature is 260 ° C. or more, and more preferably the average particle diameter is in the range of 0.1 to 500 μm. Certain (meth) acrylic crosslinked fine particles having a crosslinked structure can be obtained. [Selection figure] None |
