titleOfInvention Method for producing foamed bead-containing polyurethane foam
abstract Even when a relatively large amount of expandable beads is added, the expandable beads are sufficiently expanded so that a foamable bead-containing polyurethane foam can be obtained. Foaming a polyurethane foam by reacting a polyurethane foam raw material containing at least a polyol, a polyisocyanate, a foaming agent, and unexpanded expandable beads, and foaming the foamed foam by heat generated during the reaction. In the method for producing a bead-containing polyurethane foam, the polyurethane foam is cured and foamed under pressure. The pressure is preferably 0.15 to 0.2 MPa. The content of the unexpanded expandable beads is preferably 50 to 200 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polyol. [Selection figure] None
