abstract | Provided is an information display device provided with an information display panel in which brightness of a panel display surface is improved by maximizing reflected light from particles for a white display medium to increase white light condensing rate. . Each unit cell partitioned by a partition wall 4 forming a unit cell between a display surface side transparent substrate 2 and a back surface side transparent substrate 1 is composed of three pixels. The three primary colors (R, G, and B) transparent color filters 7R, 7G, and 7B are respectively moved between the black and white display media 3W and 3B enclosed between the air and the pixels to move information such as images. In the information display panel of the present invention to be displayed, both the partition walls 4 that form unit cells between the substrates and the partition walls 4 that form pixels in the unit cells are transparent partitions, and the outside of the back side substrate 1 of the information display panel. A light source 9 that emits white light is arranged on the back surface to increase the white light condensing rate in the panel display surface, thereby improving the brightness of the panel display surface.
