abstract A carrier rack for a burn-in test apparatus with high dimensional accuracy and a method for manufacturing the same. Stainless steel and aluminum are used as materials, the side plate has a guardrail function, and unnecessary portions are hollowed out to reduce the weight and heat capacity in combination with the selection of materials.
