abstract | Provided is a mixed liquid fuel capable of reducing the discharge of harmful substances with high combustion efficiency by subjecting the liquid fuel to a mixing process. The liquid fuel supplied from a fuel supply means is supplied from a mecha-cera catalyst liquid supply means. The first ratio of the mecha-cera catalyst solution and the second ratio of urea supplied from the urea supply means 3 are mixed and stirred by the stirring and mixing processing means 4, and the stirring and mixing processing means 4 causes the mecha-cera catalyst solution and urea to be mixed. The mixed and stirred liquid fuel is pressurized and supplied by the microbubble processing means 5 to generate a swirling flow, and the air is supplied to discharge as a gas-liquid mixed liquid fuel containing fine bubbles.
