abstract | The present invention provides a steel sheet capable of satisfying the chemical conversion processability and die galling resistance of a high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet containing Si. After forming an alkali metal-containing film (excluding a phosphate film) on the surface of a cold-rolled steel sheet having a Si content of ≧ 0.1% by mass, an annealing treatment is performed, and then an alkaline aqueous solution is used. After that, a film containing 50% by mass or more of one or more of Ni, Zn, Mn, and Fe in total is formed. The said alkali metal containing membrane | film | coat (except a phosphate membrane | film | coat) contains 0.1-10000 mg / m < 2 > of alkali metals. [Selection figure] None |
