titleOfInvention Method for producing prepreg using terminal-modified amic acid oligomer solution
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for preparing a prepreg by impregnating a sheet-like matrix material with an end-modified amic acid oligomer solution as an impregnation liquid. SOLUTION: In a sheet-like matrix material, a tetracarboxylic acid compound mainly composed of 2,3,3 ′, 4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid compound, a stoichiometric excess amount of aromatic diamine compound, and Terminal-modified amic acid obtained by reacting 4- (2-phenylethynyl) phthalic acid compound in a molar amount 1.8 to 2.2 times the molar amount of the difference between the aromatic diamine compound and the tetracarboxylic acid compound In the method for producing a prepreg by impregnating with an oligomer solution, the terminal-modified amic acid oligomer solution has a terminal-modified amic acid oligomer concentration of 15 to 45% by mass, and the terminal-modified amic acid oligomer has an imidization ratio of 70%. A method for producing a prepreg characterized by: [Selection figure] None
