titleOfInvention Food for preventing fatty liver formation
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing the expression of SREB-1 mRNA and thereby preventing the formation of fatty liver. A sterol-responsive element binding protein-1 (SREB-1) expression inhibitor comprising a royal jelly is provided. This sterol-responsive element binding protein-1 expression inhibitor is contained in food. Such food has an effect of preventing fatty liver formation. The product form of such food has an indication that it suppresses the expression of sterol-responsive element binding protein-1 and thereby suppresses the construction of cholesterol in hepatocytes, thereby preventing fatty liver. Is preferred. [Selection figure] None
