abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a good plate inspection property in a lithographic printing plate realizing writing with a laser beam and development-less. In a lithographic printing plate using a metal flat plate as a support, a light beam is irradiated at an incident angle θ of 0 ° <θ <90 ° with respect to an observation surface of the lithographic printing plate, and the light beam is irradiated with the light beam.
