abstract The present invention provides a roughened resin-coated wire capable of roughening the surface in terms of material composition without performing a roughening operation after coating or adding a filler to the coating composition. A roughened resin-coated wire in which a composite resin composition containing a polyolefin-based resin and a thermotropic liquid crystal polymer is coated on a metal wire through a binder, wherein the composite resin film is JIS B0601. The arithmetic average roughness (Ra) defined in (1) is 9 μm or more, and the maximum roughness (Rmax) is roughened to 13 μm or more. [Selection figure] None.
