titleOfInvention | Method for discriminating target base of DNA and allele-specific primer used therefor |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allele that can be clearly discriminated by SNP with a very low possibility of false positive when a base immediately adjacent to the 3 'side of a target SNP base is T and another base is G. Specific primers are provided. SOLUTION: The 3 ′ terminal base is a SNP-compatible base, the second base from the 3 ′ terminal is G, the third base from the 3 ′ terminal is either G or T, and the 3 ′ terminal is from the 3 ′ terminal. The base sequence from the 4th base to the 5 ′ terminal base is designed to be complementary to the sequence from the base next to the 3 ′ base to the desired base from the target SNP base to the desired base.
