titleOfInvention | Detection method of Salmonella O9 group |
abstract | 【Task】 To provide a method for specifically, highly sensitively and rapidly detecting Salmonella O9 group. [Solution] Paying attention to the base sequence derived from the insertion element gene of Salmonella O9 group, the base sequence of oligonucleotide primer specifically hybridizing with the base sequence of Salmonella O9 group and combinations thereof were found. Using this primer, a method for detecting Salmonella O9 group in a specific, highly sensitive and rapid manner was established, and a Salmonella O9 group detection kit was developed.
