abstract | [PROBLEMS] To develop a method for producing a polypropylene material in which rigidity, heat resistance and impact resistance are improved in a well-balanced manner, and impact resistance at low temperature is also improved. Three-stage polymerization is carried out in the presence of a metallocene-supported catalyst supported on a fine particle carrier. In the first stage, a propylene homopolymer or a copolymer of propylene and an α-olefin is used. In the second stage, a component (2) containing 10 to 30 wt% of propylene and an α-olefin is produced in the second stage. Produced a component (3) of a copolymer of propylene and an α-olefin such that the α-olefin content was 15 to 40 wt% higher than the α-olefin content of the component (2).
