titleOfInvention Method for producing antioxidant hydroquinone compound
abstract 【Task】 Conventional methods for producing hydroquinone compounds have poor yields and have affected the unit price of hydroquinone products. In addition, in order to obtain a high-purity molecular complex crystal, washing with an alcohol solvent must be repeated, which generates a large amount of waste solvent and is industrially inefficient. [Solution] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, after reacting 1.5 equivalents of hydroquinone with 1 equivalent of cetalkonium chloride to obtain primary crystals, the filtrate containing unreacted raw materials is passed through a separation membrane, whereby unreacted substances are obtained. Provided is a method for producing a hydroquinone / cetalkonium chloride complex that reuses a raw material and a recovered solvent. Thereby, the yield is improved and the amount of waste liquid can be reduced. [Selection] Figure 3
