| abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an article having an island structure according to the present invention, a coating step of applying a flowable molding material 20 onto a substrate 10, and a substrate and a mold 30 with the flowable molding material interposed therebetween. Basically, a molding process in which pressure is applied oppositely, a curing process in which heat or light energy is applied in a pressurized state to cure the molding material in the mold, and a mold release process in which the mold is released. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a molded article in which no non-molded part remains and only the molded part remains. After a molding process, a cleaning process for removing the molding material having fluidity outside the mold is inserted before the curing process. The molding material is removed with a cleaning solution that dissolves the molding material before curing. [Selection] Figure 1 |
