abstract To provide a hump device with a simple configuration that prevents a driver from feeling abnormal vibration when the speed of a vehicle is low. A projecting member 17 that can be projected and retracted biased in a projecting direction, restraining means 15 and 23 for restraining the displacement of the projecting member 17 in the retracting direction, and a vehicle speed detecting unit 25 that detects the speed of an approaching vehicle. And a releasing means 26 for releasing the displacement restraint by the restraining means 15 and 23 based on the speed detected by the vehicle speed detecting means 25. [Selection] Figure 1
