titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing surface conductive material |
abstract | A method for producing a surface conductive material having good adhesion to a smooth insulating substrate and suitable for producing a printed wiring board having a fine circuit pattern, and excellent adhesion to a smooth insulating substrate. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a surface conductive material which can obtain a conductive expression layer having uniform surface conductivity with good manufacturability. A step of bonding a compound having a polymerization initiation site capable of initiating radical polymerization by photocleavage and a substrate binding site to a substrate surface containing an epoxy resin as a main component, and polymerizing in the molecule on the substrate surface. From a compound having a polymerization initiation site and a substrate binding site capable of initiating radical polymerization by photo-cleavage by contacting a compound having a functional group alone or in a dispersed or dissolved state in a solvent, exposing to ultraviolet light A method for producing a surface conductive material, comprising: a step of generating a radical and generating a graft polymer formed by binding the radical to the surface of the substrate; and a step of imparting a conductive material to the graft polymer.
