Glycerol, which is a chemically stable fatty alcohol having one molecular bond or two triple bonds, can be used as a membrane material such as a membrane vesicle due to its high associative power. There are provided a glycero compound having one or two novel triple bonds in which an organic group is bonded to the remaining hydroxyl group, and a film forming material containing the glycero compound. A glycero compound having a triple bond represented by the following general formula (1). [Chemical 1] (In the formula, n and m are each represented by a number between 1 and 18, and the sum (n + m) is a number between 4 and 17. n and m may be the same or different. R Is represented by a hydrogen atom, phosphoric acid, an organic group, or an organic group via a phosphate group.) [Selection figure] None |
