abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product for reconstruction of the external auditory canal, which is easy to perform a surgical operation and has good bone formation and engraftment to surrounding tissues. SOLUTION: The ear canal 1 can be reconstructed by using a molded article 10 for reconstructing the external auditory canal comprising a composition of collagen and a bone morphogenetic factor. In particular, it is preferable to obtain a solid by removing the solvent from the solution containing collagen and bone morphogenetic factor, and then compress and mold the solid to form a cylinder or a part of the cylinder. By providing the tympanic membrane back surface side reinforcing portion 13 erected toward the inside of the cylinder in the vicinity of one end portion, it is possible to prevent the indentation of the tympanic membrane 3.
