titleOfInvention | Method for producing human delta protein |
abstract | 【Task】 It is an object of the present invention to provide a production method in which human delta protein expressed as an intracellular insoluble fraction is solubilized in water and the stem cell differentiation inhibitory activity is accurately regenerated. [Solution] Human delta protein is expressed as an intracellular insoluble fraction, solubilized using a denaturing agent and a reducing agent, and reconstituted by removing or diluting the denaturing agent and the reducing agent at a pH one or more away from the isoelectric point. Thus, a water-soluble human delta protein can be obtained. [Selection figure] None |
