An object of the present invention is to provide a foamed pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that has good hand cutting properties, can be easily cut linearly by hand, and is suitable as a material to be loaded into a void of a building having excellent workability. SOLUTION: A cloth-like body 3 formed by crossing linear bodies 2 obtained by uniaxially stretching a thermoplastic resin, and a foamed sheet made of a soft polymer material having a thickness of 1.0 to 50.0 mm. A foamed pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which a laminated sheet 5 is formed by laminating the layer 4, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is formed on at least one side of the laminated sheet 5.
