abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a concealment sheet that can reliably re-stick a concealment sheet on an information entry column of an information entry sheet and that can re-peel all of the concealment sheet re-attached to the information entry sheet. A laminate is provided. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A concealment sheet (20) having a larger area than that of an information entry column (11) is pasted on at least the information entry column (11) of the information entry sheet (10) provided with an information entry column (11) for entering information. The information sheet 20 can be peeled off from the information entry sheet 10 and can be reattached to the information entry sheet 10, and the information concealment area 23 and the information non-concealment area 24 other than the information concealment area 23 are provided. In the information concealment area 23, a convex notch 26 whose tip is directed to the information entry column 11 side of the information entry sheet 10 from the boundary line 25 between the information concealment area 23 and the information non-concealment area 24 is formed.
