titleOfInvention Toner dust suppression gelation agent
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner dust suppressing gelling agent for toner which has little generation of sulfur odor, has a short dissolution time, has a high dissolving power, and is available at a practical and inexpensive price. SOLUTION: A toner dust suppressing gelling agent comprising a mixed solution of a soluble solvent of a styrene acrylic resin and a styrene acrylic resin insoluble solvent contained in a toner, wherein the styrene acrylic resin insoluble solvent is more chemically than natural gas. It is a synthesized paraffinic oil fraction having a boiling point of 150 to 200 ° C. at normal pressure. When the toner is immersed in the toner dust suppressing gelling agent having this configuration, the toner is gelled and a high-density gel-like material is generated. At this time, the content of the sulfur component is small, and sulfur odor is hardly generated when the toner is dissolved. [Selection] Figure 1
