abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflector having good processability and odor property at low cost. SOLUTION A primer is provided on a metal plate having a chemical conversion film as necessary, and 100 parts by mass of a base resin component comprising at least an acrylic resin and a crosslinking agent and titanium dioxide 70 to 150 having an average particle diameter of 100 to 1000 nm are provided thereon. A film thickness of 30 to 150 μm after baking and drying a paint containing a solvent having a mass ratio of 99/1 to 40/60 and a solvent having a boiling point of less than 180 ° C. and a solvent having a boiling point of 180 ° C. or more and less than 230 ° C.
