PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic skin-adhesive composition and hydrophilic using a hydrophilic adhesive having sufficient adhesive strength and capable of stably dissolving or uniformly dispersing a drug and having excellent solubility in a hydrophilic medium The purpose is to provide an adhesive patch. SOLUTION: (1) obtained by polymerizing 65 to 98% by mass of acrylic acid, (2) 1 to 30% by mass of (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester macromonomer, and (3) 0.01 to 3% by mass of starch. It is used as a hydrophilic pressure-sensitive adhesive containing an acrylic copolymer, and this is added to a hydrophilic medium to obtain a hydrophilic external pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. The hydrophilic external skin pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and release film are laminated on a support to obtain a hydrophilic patch. [Selection figure] None |
