Protein solubilization method |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to solubilize cell-derived proteins that could not be solubilized by conventional methods. It is another object of the present invention to identify cell-derived proteins that could not be analyzed because they cannot be solubilized by using the solubilization method of the present invention. One or more surfactants are added stepwise to an insoluble protein to obtain a protein suspension, and then a high concentration urea-thiourea solution is added to the resulting protein suspension. Provided is a method for solubilizing insoluble proteins that could not be solubilized by conventional methods. [Selection figure] None |
